In the US, we see very little rhythmic gymnastics, so it is a bit foreign to us. However, Israel does well in each apparatus: balls, clubs, ribbons and hoops. The sport is contested in both individual and group formats.

Take a look at this group performance with balls. For a moment, leave the gymnastics element out of it and just try standing around with five people and tossing balls around perfectly accurate. That, in itself, would be impressive, but this is all choreographed to music with tumbling thrown in! Wow, wow, wow!
