As crazy and chaotic as things are in our nation today, I am proud to be an American! I am grateful for those courageous enough to sail from far away in search of a homeland where religious freedom would reign. I am thankful for founding fathers who sought and invoked the blessings of the Lord upon our land. Praise God for Biblical principles upon which our great nation is built.

On this day, may we remember that freedom is never free. To every man and woman who has ever served in our nation’s armed forces: THANK YOU!

Today, please take a few moments to thank God for our country, and to pray for our leaders. They have never needed it more than now.
