Ok, what’s wrong with that headline!?!  While US Secretary of State John Kerry is reporting “substantial progress” toward a nuclear agreement with Iran, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is calling for “Death to America!”  It would be comical if the subject matter were not so dire.

While Iranian leaders continue to blatantly threaten Israel and America with annihilation, world leaders continue to bow to the demands of an evil regime dead set on destruction.  We are headed at rapid pace toward the March 31 deadline for a framework agreement and, though government officials have stated only a 50-50 chance of an agreement, many believe the chances are much greater

I think the odds are very good that the P5+1 (headed by the United States) will indeed either make an agreement or will postpone the deadline.  Either way, Iran wins.

The stakes are high…very high…as the current deal on the table would leave Iran with:

• The ability to continue to enrich uranium.
• Its infrastructure left fully intact.
• The ability to continue development of ICBM’s capable of delivering nuclear warheads.
• The ability to keep its nuclear weaponization efforts a secret.
• The promise that sanctions will be lifted over the next few years.
• The promise that nuclear inspectors will cease inspections over the next few years.

Praying friends, let’s be reminded that this is a spiritual battle much more than a political one.  It is a battle that is won only on our knees.  Keep praying!
