Hi friends, just a quick exhortation to my American friends to please get out and vote! It is becoming apparent everywhere, including here in Israel, that Godly leadership is greatly needed, yet so few take Biblical stands on key issues.

There is no perfect candidate, and we are not electing a savior. So please do not let the excuse that there are none righteous keep you from voting! Some may not have the greatest of candidates to choose from. Some may not like the personality of a candidate. Some have very high standards for elected officials. I’m asking you to drop all that and wisely vote for the candidate in each race who governs most consistently with Biblical values. They won’t be perfect, so don’t expect them to be. But not voting is like giving a vote to those who hold positions 180 degrees opposed to our Biblical values.

Finally, I’ll repeat what has been stated many times. If Christians are faithful to vote, and if they vote according to Biblical principles, no electoral race will even be close! There are enough Bible-believing Christians (and those who simply hold to conservative values) to easily win elections. It is all about going to the polls and casting a ballot.

To those who voted early (as I did), God bless you. For those who have yet to vote, God bless you, too…but please fulfill your God-given privilege and responsibility. Please vote!
