If you have followed for long, you know of a dear pastor in Nazareth whose ministry outreach to Jews, Arabs, and Palestinians is a true testimony to God’s grace. Pastor Saleem Shalash, an Arab believer in Jesus, leads a congregation and a team of people who reach out to those in need, regardless of their race or religion.

Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home, is predominantly an Arab city today, but pockets of Jewish neighborhoods still exist. The humanitarian center run by Pastor Saleem sees no color or religion, only people in need. Whether distributing Passover supplies to elderly Jews, food and clothing to needy Arabs, or candy and gifts at Nazareth’s Christmas celebration, the love and grace of Jesus overflows, as does the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

Recently, the distribution center took a huge step of faith, opening a second location in Haifa. Without funds or supplies, Pastor Saleem, his family, and his ministry team moved forward in what God burdened them to do. God is providing and the location was recently opened. Here is their story:
