Antisemitism on the Right: A Biblical Perspective on the Christian Division over Israel

Friends, we are in a spiritual battle over Israel and it is imperative that Christians know and understand what God’s Word commands us regarding the Jewish nation. Did you know the Bible speaks specifically about how we are to view and treat Israel? In general, we are to bless them (Genesis 12:3) and pray for them (Psalm 122). We are to be watchmen on the wall, warning others of impending peril regarding Israel (Isaiah 62, Ezekiel 33). We have a Biblical mandate to love what God loves and hate what God hates…including His uniquely-called people (Jews) in their uniquely-chosen land (Israel)!

If we are truly Christ-followers, we have no other option! Yet Evangelical Christians are becoming divided due to a political debate, propagated by radicals, regarding America’s stance with Israel. Believing friends, we cannot afford to split over this issue! Me must all unite Biblically.

Over the past three days, we have laid a foundation for this discussion, laid out the battleground that was 2025 AmFest, and gained valuable insight from an Israeli believer. Today, we’ll focus on the Biblical perspective of standing with and supporting Israel.

Qatar, one of the world’s richest nations, has proven to be a primary funding source of terror through Iranian-backed proxies such as Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and others. By their own admission, they have American conservatives and Christians right where they want us: divided over the issue of Israel. They also seemingly have Tucker Carlson in their hip pocket, spouting their talking points and cozying up to the Qatari regime. (There is a reason some refer to Tucker Carlson as Tucker Qatarlson.)

Beginning at the 47:45 mark of the video below, please listen carefully to the last 15 minutes of Pastor Jack Hibbs’ message. In it, he clearly explains the peril of Christians falling for the Qatari/Carlson narrative and why it is a big deal. Believers, this is another key piece of Biblical knowledge regarding this issue. Please take 15 minutes to educate yourself!

Make the Bible your foundation, my friends! God is not done with the Jewish people. Thus, our Biblical obligation to bless them, pray for them and stand with them still stands! So, stand firm, believer! Bless Israel and pray for them!
