Scripture and well-documented earthly sightings of Jesus clearly indicate that He rose from the dead. However, those who oppose the truth of the resurrection of Jesus come up with all sorts of alternative explanations of how Jesus’ body disappeared from the tomb.

As we approach the day that changed the world forever, consider the unsubstantiated claim that a group of simple fishermen, filled with fear following the crucifixion of their Savior, somehow overpowered a group of well-trained Roman soldiers, rolled away a gigantic stone, and stole the body of Jesus! It is a ridiculous claim, but one of many that circulate among those who refuse to believe.
