Yesterday we asked the question, Is there hope for Iran? Of course there is, and we saw a wonderful example of why. Miracles are happening in Iran, and the God of miracles is also at work in Israel!
It may be a surprise to some to find out the majority of Israelis are secular. Though most celebrate the feasts commemorating Israel’s return from captivity, the giving of the law, and Israel’s thanksgiving for God’s abundance, few actually practice Judaism. In fact, some are avowed atheists.
But God is still at work in His land and with His people! As an example, find out what happens to one young atheist Israeli when she hears the Gospel:
Friends, we are to pray for Israel and the Jewish people. Romans 11 exhorts us to “provoke them to jealousy,” so that they might consider Yeshua (Jesus) as Messiah. Will you take a moment now to stop and pray for eyes, ears and hearts of the Jewish people to be open to receive the free gift of grace and salvation?
