Your Life has a Purpose. Do You Know What it Is?

Happy Sunday, my friends!

You may not be French and you may not be Jewish, but our hearts all long for the same thing: a relationship with Jesus the Messiah.

Holiday seasons can be the loneliest times of the year for some people. I know a family who just lost their beloved wife and mother. Others are missing loved ones for the first Christmas. Still others live in loneliness of all kinds, and it is magnified by the holiday season. I sense that I am speaking to someone right now.

If so, please open your heart to the joy of Jesus as Lionel did. Not every detail will match your own, but Jesus speaks to you in your own circumstances. Perhaps you were blessed today by Lionel’s testimony.

If you already know Jesus as Messiah, but are struggling this Christmas season, please turn your focus to Him. He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and heals your wounds (Psalm 147:3). He promises to be with you always (Matthew 28:20), and He will accompany you through the storms (Isaiah 43:2). He will deliver you and hide you beneath His wings (Psalm 91). You are safe with Him!

If you do not know Jesus as Messiah, He will change your life forever, just as He did Lionel. You will have assurance that God is with you through everything this world throws at you, and your eternal home in heaven will be secure. But you must put your faith in Him. The Bible says today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2)! Man, woman, boy or girl; Jew or Gentile, you can be saved, and Jesus will give you a new identity! Here is how:
