Happy Sunday, dear friends! As we turn to worship today, be reminded that the ultimate form of worship is not singing a song to the Lord. Though that is a worthy expression of worship!

James 1:22 exhorts us to be doers of the Word, not just hearers. That implies action! To simply hear God but not do what He says is disobedience, separating us from Him. But to do the Word is to sacrifice ourselves for His mission and glory! Obedience is the purest form of worship.

Today, I want to take you deeper into the Hebrew word for “hear,” and challenge you to consider how you will carry out the principle. In doing so, you will present to God a faithful act of worship!
