Upon return from an Alaskan adventure, one of the first things I heard from friends was, “Hey, did you hear Pastor Jack’s message to America?” Speaking of Pastor Jack Hibbs (Calvary Chapel Chino Hills), one of my favorite Bible teachers, I promptly looked up his message entitled A Call to Solemn Assembly and soaked in a teaching I wish every American would hear.

Few pastors in America speak as boldly and with the anointing of God. In this message, he speaks very boldly and directly to Donald Trump (following the assassination attempt) and also to Christians and those who call themselves Christians. It is a call to repentance on behalf of our nation, and the message is urgently appropriate today.

If you haven’t heard the message, I encourage you to find time this week to sit quietly and uninterrupted to hear a God-anointed message to America. (And your country too, if you live elsewhere! God’s promises are for all who will receive them!)
