Kudos to Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton and at least 11 other Republican US Senators for making a very pointed statement to the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding their threat to issue arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials for war crimes in Gaza.

In an incredible, strongly-worded letter to ICC Prosecutor Karim AA Khan, the Senators warned Mr Khan not to follow through on his threat of warrants and closed the letter this way:

The United States will not tolerate politicized attacks by the ICC on our allies. Target Israel and we will target you. If you move forward with the measures indicated in the report, we will move to end all American support for the ICC, sanction your employees and associates, and bar you and your families from the United States. You have been warned.

Friends, THAT is the type of leadership we so desperately need! Please pray for these senators (named as signatories on the document) for strength and courage to continue to fight the battle. Pray, also, for similar boldness of other elected leaders nationally, and in our states, counties and cities, to rise up to do the right thing! The US government is most certainly not the end all, but they are the keepers of our Constitutional Republic (not Democracy!) that protects our freedoms as Americans, and solidifies our standing with Israel. If our government falls to radical left liberalism, we lose our freedoms as Christians, and Israel will be left to stand alone.

These things matter! Please pray…and please engage in the civic battle by defending our freedoms and standing with Israel!
