Welcome back friends! This is day 3 of a 3-part mini-series on Signs of the Times. It seems every few weeks there are new levels of “signs”…things we either have not seen before, have taken for granted, or have reached a new depth of depravity. Today’s focus is on deception. Not a new concept or a new threat, but one that is growing by leaps and bounds, and these ideas may be brand new to you. This may be one of the most important posts every published here, so stick with me!
To prepare for more in-depth teaching, please carefully read these verses and answer “What are we being warned against, and where does it come from?”
Indeed, Jesus Himself warned of deception, and no one does it better than principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this age, and spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Friends, as believers, we are as prone to deception as anyone if we are not grounded in God’s Word. This is a very critical message to understand what we are up against, and the power of Satan to take us down. It is a message that simply must be heard, so please carve out an hour this weekend and hear what Pastor Jack Hibbs has to say about the phenomenon we face today. I’m praying we will all be enlightened as we hear the Word of God.
