In conjunction with our study of Northern Invaders, I want to share an article I read recently.  As you saw in our study earlier today, Iran is a major player in the Northern Invasion that Ezekiel describes in Ezekiel  38-39.  And as you know, world powers are currently in negotiations with Iran regarding their nuclear capability.  Though Iran has convinced many that their desire for nuclear capability is for “peaceful purposes,” anyone who understands Bible prophecy and the blatant threats Iranian leaders consistently make about Israel knows better.

The Bible doesn’t tell us whether or not nuclear weapons will be used in the Northern Invasion.  However, multiple Iranian leaders have made consistent threats, vowing to wipe Israel off the map.  There is little doubt that, if given nuclear capability, there would be little hesitation on Iran’s part to use it against “the little Satan” (Israel) or “the great Satan” (the US).

This article paints the sobering picture of Iran’s true ambitions, and the consequences of making “Chamberlain-like” decisions in this crucial time.  Indeed, we are seeing the same naivety that was prevalent in the 1930’s.  God help us if we fail to learn the lessons of history.  Please take a few moments to read From Munich to Mushroom Clouds, then pray for discernment of world leaders to see through the charade being played by Iran.
