Broker Tov! (Good morning!)

While it is Sunday evening back home, it is Monday morning in Israel and we are about to go “up to Jerusalem!! Here in Israel you go “up” to Jerusalem, regardless of what direction you go. Jerusalem is a city on a hill, and we will take a route commonly used by first century Jews who traveled several times a year to attend feasts/festivals at the temple. Of course they didn’t have a bus!

We’ll say goodbye to Tiberias, then will visit Bet She an (a fully excavated city), Gideon Springs, and will have the opportunity doe baptism in the Jordan! We’ll hang a right at Jericho and enter Jerusalem! What a day it will be!

We’ll also visit a military base and the Jerusalem Prayer Tower.
