Welcome back, friends!

As we run headlong into the US elections, let’s be clear about what is at stake: the very fabric of our country. The two parties and their candidates are diametrically opposed when it comes to issues that should be important to us as followers of Jesus. The fabric is worn and faded, and about to rip apart if Christians fail to take back America. We’ve covered it before (here, for example), so I won’t dwell on the fact that virtually every issue we view as “political” is actually Biblical.

Today, we narrow our focus solely on one of the propositions on the ballot here in my home state of Arizona. So, Arizona friends, listen up! Then be prepared to vote NO.

Prop 139 is an extreme proposition that would put Arizona on the same level as California, New York and Minnesota when it comes to abortion. Killing of unborn babies would have no limits (including up until birth and perhaps even after) and would shield underage girls from their parents’ knowledge (much less permission) of an abortion, among other things. Take a look at just how dangerous Proposition 139 is:

Anyone with Biblical values or even simply conservative leanings must vote NO on this murderous proposition. If it passed, it will mean a tsunami of death to unborn babies in AZ, it will become codified in our AZ constitution, and it will be impossible to change. Arizona will become the killing ground that California already is.

What difference does it make? America has already slid significantly off the Judeo-Christian foundation upon which we were built. This election has the potential of pushing us completely off that foundation, and once that occurs, we will be like the house built upon the sand. The storms will come and we will collapse.

Since our founding, American strength has brought stability to the world. Only by God’s amazing grace did our country merit that favor, and only because of the commitment of our founding fathers to Biblical principles. John Adams put it this way:

BTW – the ONLY way America stands with Israel is if America stands. Moral and religious people, this is our call to duty. Make your voices heard and vote your values!
