US Military Support for Israel

To survive, Israel is forced to spend one fifth of their annual GDP on defense.  Even at that, budgeted costs only covers three quarters of the entire budget needed to ensure their safety.

The new 10-year MOU recognizes the strategic alliance between the United States and Israel which benefits the security of both nations. For example, seventy-five percent of Israel’s Security Aid remains in the United States for the manufacture of weapons and other supplies Israel needs.

Though the MOU has been signed, it is still important for our next president and Congress to commit to strongly support Israel militarily.

It is also important for us as American citizens and concerned supporters to voice our encouragement to the American administration and lawmakers to do so.  I enthusiastically urge you to read this article, sign the petition (if you have not already done so) and encourage others to sign it as well.

Together, let’s make our voices hear!  Stand with Israel!
